It is our policy to give excellent customer service and most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours. If we are back ordered on a product, we will let you know when to expect it via email. The Interfaith Marketplace fulfillment center is located in Washington state, so it may take up to five - seven business days for your order to arrive!

30-Day Return Policy on Items – Please let us know immediately if there is a concern with any product so we can replace items or offer you a full refund less the shipping cost. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items after 30 days due to individual excessive “wear and tear.” If your product was damaged in shipping, you must notify Interfaith Marketplace within 7 days of receipt for a full replacement or refund. 1. Bali created items are partially or wholly made by hand from natural materials. They may have slight variations in color and size because they are individually crafted. They should not be displayed in direct sunlight for extended periods, or they will become faded.
2. Silver jewelry is pure silver and very soft. It is 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper for strength. It is stamped .925 on the inside assuring such integrity. Sterling silver should be stored in a cool, dry place to avoid oxidation. Do not place your silver directly on wood or in tissue paper, which often contains acids that can affect the silver’s finish. Avoid household chemicals. Use a silver cleaning cloth to polish! With proper care, your jewelry will last a lifetime!
3. Faith Tiles are stone castings. Each is wrapped separately so they do not touch or chip in shipping. Indoor placement is recommended. However, they are waxed and sealed against moisture and will stand up in “semi-protected” areas outdoors away from extreme weather conditions. Dusting or a light sponging off with mild soap and water is fine. Note: Do not put these in a dishwasher.
